Our mediation fees
We believe that mediation fees should be transparent, and proportionate to the value in dispute. We don't charge a "booking fee". Nor for travelling time. Nor for preparatory reading. Nor for "extra hours" after some arbitrary point on the mediation day. The fee below is what you pay. That's all.

We do not charge travel costs for mediations throughout most of England. Click here to see which areas we cover without charging travel costs. We are pleased to conduct full day mediations elsewhere in the UK, but regret that we would need to charge for travel costs and overnight accommodation (where necessary). We hope that we will still represent the best value mediation service available.
Our fees are intended to provide a fair reflection of the value of the dispute. If there are exceptional circumstances that mean that in a particular case these fees just do not work fairly, let us know, and we’ll see if there’s anything we can do.
