Simply click on a free date below to book or to provisionally reserve that date, then fill in the mediation details in the dialogue box that will open. Our automated booking system will follow up with an email to confirm that the date is being held for you, and then send another email to confirm your booking and to ask for the details which we need to prepare the mediation agreement.
If you don't get an email to acknowledge your booking within, say, a couple of hours, and then a further one to confirm the booking, it may be worth checking your Junk or Spam Mail folder for an email from our "Appointment Administrator". These emails are sent out by our autmated booking system, and some email systems cleverly detect any emails from an automated source and consign them directly to the Junk folder! If you still can't find our response, call us on 01603 281128 or drop us an email to booking@mediation-1st.co.uk. Either way, the date you have clicked on will be held for you.
In some cases, our mediators have restricted availability. For example, they may be able to do a half day, but not a full day, or may be restricted as to how far they can travel. These dates are shown by an orange flag and cannot be booked on line; if you wish to enquire about one of these dates, please phone 01603 281128 to discuss with one of our team.
If you'd like us to hold a date for you for a couple of days whilst you check with the other side, that's no problem, just let us know that the booking is provisional. To be fair to others who may want the same date, we can only hold a provisional booking for three working days, after which it would need to be confirmed. We do understand that even a confirmed booking may sometimes need to be cancelled, but our mediators will have kept the date free for you, and a reduced fee may be payable.
