How can we help?  Here, we've tried to group together information and resources to help you with the mediation process and, indeed, with the wider litigation process.

Under Mediation Training we've listed details of our free training courses on mediation and related matters including Negotiation Skills and Risk Analysis.

We've also set out a number of useful links to professional bodies including the Civil Mediation council, including for the hard pressed litigator links to the contact details for every court and the amount of every court fee.

And we've got some useful downloads too, from a model mediation clause to insert into a commercial contract to suggested wording when suggesting mediation to the other party.
