A one and a half hour introduction to the theory and practice of negotiation, packed with negotiating tips. Ideal for anyone whose work includes negotiation.
A one and a half hour course serving as an introduction to the mediation process. Learn how the process works and why the mediator does what they do. Aimed particularly at solicitors and others wishing to familarise themselves with the mediation process.
Specifically aimed at solicitors, barristers and others whose work involves representing or advising clients are mediation, we stage a mock mediation in one and a half hours. Participation required!
A very topical course, this one and a half hour workshop for litigation lawyers focuses on risk assssment for litigators. What exactly is risk? How do we evaluate risk in litigation? Why is it that each side tends to think it is going to win? Where can our risk analysis go wrong, or be improved?
A day long workshop for HR staff, managers and executors on the necessary art of holding difficult conversations. Essential for anyone who has to manage people, and drawing on a wealth of practical experience the workshop aims to deliver the skills needed to hold difficult conversations effectively.
