Our Fees
Our charges are based on the amount in dispute and start from just £100 plus VAT per party. We offer a full mediation day or a time limited mediation, depending on the nature and circumstances of your dispute. If there are more than two parties or a number of issues it would be advisable to arrange a full mediation day. If you would like to contact us to discuss whether a time limited or full day mediation is appropriate please give us a call.
What’s included
For a full day mediation* our charges cover preparation time (normally reading the contents of one agreed lever arch file) and as long as the mediation takes on the day. We don’t charge any extra if the mediation runs beyond standard office hours.
For a time limited mediation** our charges cover preparation time (normally reading agreed documents up to 100 pages) and a two, three, or four hour mediation depending upon the value of the dispute (see table below).
What’s not included
If your mediation takes place wholly outside normal hours or days, for example at a weekend or commencing in the evening, we reserve the right to make an additional charge.
As we offer an excellent mediation venue at no extra charge we may make an additional charge if the mediation is held elsewhere to cover the mediator’s travelling costs – depending on the distance travelled. The parties will have to bear the cost of hiring rooms at an alternative mediation venue. We will be happy to discuss this with you if you would like to contact us
