why mediation -1st?

  • Our charges are based on the amount in dispute (and they're highly competitive!) starting from £100 plus VAT per party which reflects our view that the mediation fee should never be at a disproportionate level which could itself make a mediated settlement harder to reach.  Click here to see our charges.
  • We don't charge for "preparation time", nor an "arrangement fee", nor for "extra hours" on the mediation day (should the mediation run on past a certain time) if a full day is booked. What you see when you click the link above, or in the Navigation Bar, is what you actually pay.  Which means that on the mediation day, the parties can focus on the negotiations, not the rising costs.
  • We offer - and are experienced in - both full day mediations and time limited mediations, to suit the parties and the dispute.
  • We're always willing to discuss whether a case is suitable for mediation, or perhaps whether it lends itself more to a full day mediation or a time limited mediation, either on the phone or by e mail, without charge or obligation.   Click here to contact us.
  • No need to ask for our dates, then check them with the other side, and then find, by the time they've come back to you and you've agreed on a date, that we're no longer available on that day.  Simply click here to view our availability.
  • We offer the use of our own premises at no extra cost. Click here to see our Premises.
  • We are nationally accredited by the Civil Mediation Council and are a mediation provider to the Government’s National Mediation Helpline all of which means that we have been independently assessed and our quality is assured
  • We like to think that we're also quite good at mediating!  The feedback we have received speaks for itself. Click here to go to Our Mediators and see the feedback we have received.
